Located in Hualong, Panyu, Guangzhou Poly Automobile Town is an industry-city integration project jointly built by Poly and three other state-owned enterprises. It covers an area of about 320,000 square meters, with a residential area of about 530,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 820,000 square meters.

The car town consists of four plots, with a total of 41 buildings, including 37 residential buildings and 4 apartment buildings. The enclosed layout covers residential, apartment, commercial and educational facilities. It includes a quality kindergarten of about 6,600 square meters, a nine-year school, a 400-meter-long commercial street, a meat market of 2,000 square meters, a life supermarket, and a fortune 500 chain restaurant.
